After signing the contract
- stage 1
Seller secures
1. NESS Form
2. Inspection Agency Application Form
3. NPA Approval
4. Terminal Operator Approval
5. Berthing space (Ship Agency)
6. Loading equipment rentage
7. Export Warehouse (Approved by inspection agent)
8. Customs, Ministries, e.t.c Approvals

- stage 2
Seller Secures Haulage services/Routing on product availability, total Quantity from major product owners.
Stage1 and Stage 2 would be given to the buyer for signature.

3.
Mobilization fee of 30% is provided by buyer through wire transfer to sellers account for payment of government statutory fees (stage 1) and mobilization of product to warehouse for inspection by clients,
inspection agents and all other government bodies.

4.
Vessel comes alongside approved berthing space for loading

5.
Vessel Loaded, Transfer of balance 70% by buyer, documents handed over, vessel departs for buyers destination.
